Some times by mistakes we drop our mobile phone into water. This should happen with anyone. So do not worry because 80% chances are the phone is ok if you take these steps quickly.
When you recover the phone it is already switched off. Don’t try to turn back ON your phone.
Please remove the battery from your phone and put it in sunlight for 2 days.
Now put the battery into the phone and turn it ON. 80% chances that it works again. But if it is still of then contact the repair center of your phone manufacture.

verry verry bad ideea ! So, if u have a expensive phone... don't do that ! don't leave the phone for two days in sunlight =)) this is the ever stupid think what i heared ! Go directly to a gsm phone repair center.But first, remove the battery and don't try to turn on the phone back !
